DOWNLOAD/VIEW SUPPORT INFORMATION

PBX FORMAT FILES - An executable Zip file that when expanded will provide over 100 individual download files used in the Answer Detection System to process the SMDR format from the PBX.  Also included is a text file (Formats.new) that lists the format details and correlates the download file number.  The manual provided with each system contains the procedure for uploading to the Answer Detection System.

CABLE DIAGRAMS (RS 232) - Pin to pin diagrams with connector types for the cables used when interfacing the RS 232 ports of a TELTROL system to a PBX/SMDR, call accounting system, modem or PC.

PSTN CONNECTIONS - Pin listings for the 25 pair interface connections to the Line Detector, Line Scan, Current Sense and Restrict/Cutoff boards.
